Carvil Duncan has been returned as President of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Guyana (FITUG) during the body’s 4th Conference held Wednesday at Regency Suites, Brickdam.According to the umbrella union body, Duncan, who leads the Guyana Labour Union (GLU), will have Komal Chand as the First Vice President.
